I've been a lover of people and stories since I was a little girl and have been lucky enough to work in a variety of places during my career where those loves have served me well.
I've worked across Ireland and the US in previous life chapters as a television and radio producer, a documentary maker, a reporter, a university teacher, an actor, an event planner, a wordsmith, and most recently a host for in-person and virtual events, and a life celebrant. This last part is where Cara Ceremonies was born.

Born and raised in the West of Ireland, I've been known to build rapport, banter, and relationships of deep trust in short meetings. I often leave people with the sense of having met an old friend and would be honored to bring that warmth and ease to your next event or life milestone.
